Our all grades class, (10am-11am) focuses on Kihon, Kata and basic kumite.

It is suitable for beginners all the way up to dan grades.

Ronin Washington

Our sister club is based at Washington leisure centre and is run by Sensei's John Holdsworth (7th Dan) and Sensei Julie Nicolson (7th Dan).

Ronin Washington train on Wednesdays 6:15-7:45pm and Fridays 6-8pm at Washington Leisure centre.

John and Julie have run Karate clubs for over 40 years. Both are qualified grading examiners as well as the national squad coaches for HDKI GB.

Kumite

Purple and white belts and above.

12 years and above

11am onwards is dedicated to kumite for competition and gradings.

The kumite session is for purple and white belts and above only.

All are welcome to take part regardless of whether you wish to train for fun, fitness or you are aiming to compete.
